Payment Counter & Operating Hour

Kindly make your payment or acknowledge your bill (for cases under insurance and guarantee letter) at the payment counter at the first floor or respective floors. Upon settling the bill, a discharge slip will be given to you. Please hand over the discharge slip to the nurse at the Nurses Counter and collect your medications, x-ray films, appointment card, M.C. and etc.

Notes : Discharge after office hours will be channel to cashier located in the pharmacy counter.

Payment Methods

Upon admission, the admission staff will enquire your mode of payment. You are advised to present your insurance cards (including Medicare card), or letter of guarantee (GL) if applicable during your admission. Our Admission staff will assist you to determine if your hospital costs will be covered or if additional financial arrangements should be made.

Health Insurances

Please check with your provider (insurance company) to ensure that KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital is covered by your insurance plan.

Deposit Amount

All admissions without GL require a deposit. The admission clerk will advise you of the deposit amount at the time of admission. This amount is corresponded with your choice of accommodation and type of treatment.
